Jazz Ensemble Round Robin

Possible dates/times: During Mardi Gras (February).

Learner Outcomes: Students of (rural) high school jazz ensembles will perform for and mentor each other during interactive video session(s).

Methods and Activities: Discussion and performance.

Materials: Sheet music, instruments, feedback or note taking form, audio or digital video camcorder.

Time: 45 to 60 min. sessions

Agenda:

Teachers: Lead opening discussion and introductions.

Site 1 performance.

Site 2 gives feedback.

Site 2 performance.

Site 1 gives feedback.

Teachers: Lead wrap up discussion and comments.
